My diet drives my health

I’m Responsible for a Healthy Diet.

As an adult I control what I eat.

I can’t blame: the food industry, the restaurants, nor my heritage. I am not so stupid that I can’t figure out what is the best for me. I am the one who makes the decision of what to eat, what to not eat, and how much—and when to eat.

Other people prepare a lot of my food for me.

In this busy world it’s pretty hard for me to prepare all of my own food; I simply must rely on other people and the commercial food industry to process a lot of my daily diet. Choosing what is good or bad for me can be a tough task.

The commercial food market is not always my friend.

The commercial food Chemists do a wonderful job of making the food into a delicious concoction that is tempting; but they must compete in the market place, and might not have my health in mind. I must choose what to eat and what to reject.

The result of my choices are reflected in my health and my body appearance.
