At 91 years old, I’m still splitting wood—and this was the last of 26 large pieces!

You do not need an expensive gym or a complicated exercise program to help maintain your health. One of the most valuable things you can do is simply walk—not intensely or competitively, but regularly.

The human body was built for movement. Walking can support circulation, digestion, joint function, and mental clarity. It costs nothing and requires no prescription.

I am documenting many of the simple practices that have helped me remain active throughout my life. My purpose is not to tell everyone to split wood at 91, but to encourage people of every age to keep moving and never give up on their bodies.

Please subscribe and join me as I share the practical lessons I have learned during 91 years of living.
