We are not just muscle and memory, not just skin and signals. We are a complete system-body,
brain, and spirit-meant to move and work together as one. And in my world, that spirit has a name:
the Holy Ghost. It's the quiet voice that nudges me in the right direction, the compass I trust when
the world gets noisy. Without it, I'd be wandering in circles.
This isn't a post about one thing. It's about everything that makes us alive and well-how we eat,
move, think, pray, breathe, and rest. All of it. Because when one part of the system breaks down, it
all feels the effect. That's why I don't separate the body from the brain, or the mind from the spirit.
They work together-or they don't work at all.
And if there's one thing I've learned over the decades, it's this: you can't hand over your health and
well-being to anyone else. Not to a doctor, not to a pill, not even to good luck. The responsibility is
mine-and yours. The Holy Ghost may guide, but we still have to take the steps.
So this is where I start. With the full truth: you are not parts-you are a whole. And your best chance
at living strong and thinking clearly, well into your later years, is to understand that your health is a
sacred responsibility.
I've lived that truth every day for nearly 90 years. And if you're ready, I'll share how.
