Health Benefits of Drinking Coffee
Danger Lurks In Many Places In today’s World
Many of us need to use our phones as we proceed through our day–whenever and where ever we might be. We learn to pay attention to someone miles away–and we might neglect to be aware of local dangers.
Coffee Can Help Keep You From Harms Path
Drinking coffee will help you to stay alert, and will quicken your reaction time. This can help you get home safely after an exhausting day–or night. You can be more alert to dangers, and remove yourself quicker from hazardous situations–like being attacked or avoiding traffic mishaps.
Coffee Can Help You Burn Fat
Drink Coffee to Keep a Healthy Mind and Body. Caffeine is a powerful stimulant that is found in more expensive drinks that you buy. Make your own coffee at home for about 5 cents a cup. Coffee does not need to be hot–drink it cold or warm. Drink it “black” if you want a quick “Pick-me-up” that has almost no calories, and it will help burn fat.
Coffee Has Many Nutrients
While coffee is not a powerhouse of nutrients, it does have enough to help with some important ones: Manganese, Potassium, Magnesium and riboflavin. Some of us need this little bit of added benefit. If you add some sweetener of creamer, that too can help–or hinder your weight control; be careful.
Coffee Can Help Prevent Alzheimer’s Disease
There are many studies that indicate coffee can help prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Coffee might even reverse the effects of age related cognitive dysfunction. (Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, University of South Florida.)
Coffee has many benefits, including prevention of Diabetes, and liver diseases.
Don’t Become Mr. Coffee Nerves
But don’t drink too many cups, and don’t drink so much that you can’t sleep.
Some Folks Have Faulty Taste Buds
These unfortunate people think coffee tastes bad; I know people who say Cod Liver Oil tastes bad. Well, I can’t control the whole world; but I will do my best to get folks to drink black coffee, and to drink natural cod liver oil without flavorings–and whatever else might be done to the unfortunate stuff. All’s well that ends well. Prosit! (To your good health.)
