Basic Diet and Gentle Exercise for Healthy Joints
This program is aimed at average people in the second triad of life (about 35 years of age to 70); These are the hardworking men and women who make this world function. I’m talking about People who serve the world and neglect themselves; airline pilots, merchants, Police, school teachers, office workers and assembly line workers.
- Our modern workstations are causing joint damage that leads to pain by restricting movement for long periods of time.
- A basic nutrient dense diet and some daily exercises will keep your joints healthy.
- You can have healthy joints at no cost; just a determined daily routine
The joints connect bone to bone.
The human body is a remarkable machine consisting of about 270 bones and 360 joints. A joint is the connection that links bone to bone in the body, which links the skeletal system into a functional whole. Some of these joints, like the skull bones fuse together later in life; but modern science tells us they are still pliable and need movement to remain pliable.
You can have a body of steel, with strong, pain free joints.
We must schedule the time and do the work.
Ordinary gentle movements of our body parts is all we need. Every joint needs to be lubricated via gentle and consistent movements that lubricate and keep the junction healthy.

These needn’t be exotic exercises like some young acrobats do. Ordinary gentle movements of our body parts is all we need. Every joint needs to be lubricated via gentle and consistent movements that lubricate and keep the junction healthy.

Tiger cages of Vietnam
Our police cruisers and many of our workstations are similar to the horrible tiger cages of the prisons of the Far East. The tiger cages of places like Cambodia and Vietnam taught us what will happen when we are confined–and our joints and muscles are not permitted to move like they should. After years in the cages the people were unable to stand–and they walked like giant crabs, upside down.
We need to break the habit of non-movement in our daily work.
No pain, no gain is forign to my philosophy. But, we need lots of movement to lubricate our joints. Every day–and every joint that we have. I will show you how I do it.
Please do this for you and your health and happiness.
I’m asking you to carve out an hour each day for the most important person in this world “YOU”. This need not be all in one chunk of time. But, it needs to be a big part of your day and schedule. Every day and not neglected.
I’m devoting the rest of my life to this program. Please follow me at (healthyoldguru.com)
We can make this world a better place for you and me.
